01. Scope of this notice

This Privacy Notice describes how NAXT LLC (“NAXT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information collected through the InvoiceDesk website and its inquiry and onboarding-request forms. InvoiceDesk is owned and operated by NAXT LLC.

This notice covers website inquiries. Information processed when delivering billing or receivables services for a client is subject to the relevant service agreement, data-processing terms, and instructions from that client. Do not use the website’s inquiry forms to send customer billing files or other sensitive records.

02. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including your organization name, contact name, work email address, optional phone number, industry, ERP or accounting system, approximate monthly invoice volume, requested services, physical mailing needs, and the contents of your message.

When you visit the website, your device sends technical information needed to deliver the page, such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, and request time. The application temporarily uses IP-based request counts to limit abusive form submissions. Hosting and email systems may also create operational records.

Please do not include payment card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, patient information, or confidential billing records in an inquiry.

03. How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, understand your business requirements, discuss service scope, coordinate follow-up, and prepare for possible onboarding. We use technical information to operate the website, diagnose delivery problems, and protect the forms from misuse.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to an advertising mailing list. The website does not use submitted details to create an automatically provisioned account or initiate a payment.

04. Service providers and disclosures

Website requests are handled by the systems used to host and operate InvoiceDesk. Inquiry notifications are sent through SMTP2GO to NAXT’s designated business mailbox. Hosting, email delivery, and mailbox providers process the information needed to perform these functions.

Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with an applicable legal obligation, respond to a valid legal request, investigate misuse, or protect the rights and safety of NAXT and others. A service provider’s involvement does not make it an InvoiceDesk customer or partner.

This website does not contain advertising networks, data-broker integrations, or mechanisms that sell inquiry data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

05. Cookies and tracking

The current website does not set analytics or advertising cookies, use advertising pixels, or load third-party behavioral tracking scripts. Fonts and website assets are served locally. Form values remain in the open page while you complete a request; the application does not save them in browser local storage.

The website does not track visitors across third-party websites. Its behavior does not change in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal because it does not perform that tracking. If website tracking practices change, this notice will be updated to describe them.

06. Retention

Inquiry notifications and related correspondence may be retained in NAXT’s business mailbox and operational systems for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the inquiry, manage the resulting business relationship, comply with applicable obligations, and address disputes. The relevant period depends on the nature of the request, whether a service relationship follows, and any applicable recordkeeping requirements.

The website application does not maintain a separate persistent inquiry database. Abuse-prevention counters are held temporarily in server memory and expire after their rate-limit window or a server restart. Mailbox and hosting records are managed separately.

07. Your requests and choices

You may contact us to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop nonessential follow-up. Use our contact form or write to the address below. Include enough information to identify the inquiry, but do not send identity documents or sensitive records unless we request them through an appropriate process.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. We will consider requests under the laws that apply to the information and our business, and explain when an applicable requirement prevents us from fulfilling a request in full. Nothing in this notice limits rights that applicable law provides.

08. Security and processing locations

The website uses server-side validation and access controls for inquiry delivery. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; avoid sending sensitive information through a general inquiry form.

NAXT is located in the United States. Information submitted to the website may be processed in the United States and in locations where the providers supporting website hosting and email operate. Applicable privacy protections may differ by location.

09. Children and external websites

InvoiceDesk is a business service and this website is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit information about children through its forms. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can review the information and take appropriate action.

If you follow a link to a third-party website, that website’s own privacy practices apply. Company names or marks on InvoiceDesk do not authorize those organizations to collect your form submissions.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes in the website, its information practices, or applicable requirements. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it.
